This is a binding legal agreement. As a participant, you acknowledge and agrees to the following terms.
Disclaimer
102209856 Sask. Ltd. is not responsible for any injury, illness, damage or loss you may suffer while participating in, or as a result of, any activity we offer.
Release of Liability
In consideration of 102209856 Sask. Ltd. allowing me to participate, I agree:
a) To assume all risks arising out of, associated with, or related to my participation. The risk from participation may include:
- Injuries from vigorous physical exertion, rapid movements, and quick turns and stops.
- Bruises, sprains, cuts, scrapes, breaks, dislocations, and head injuries resulting from contact with other players, balls, or the ground.
- Illnesses acquired through a communicable disease.
- Additional risks associated with my travel to and from the event, and associated with non-competitive activities related to the event.
b) To be solely responsible for any injury, loss or damage that I might sustain while participating;
and c) To release 102209856 Sask. Ltd. (and their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event) from liability for any and all claims, demands, actions and costs that might arise out of my participating, even though such risks, injuries, illnesses, loss, damage, claims, demands, actions or costs may have been caused by the negligence of 102209856 Sask. Ltd.
d) To allow 102209856 Sask. Ltd. to use any pictures/videos taken of me during the course of my participation in any activities 102209856 Sask. Ltd. may host, and allow their use in promotional materials, including online content.
e) To allow 102209856 Sask. Ltd. to contact me via electronic means with both informational and promotional content
I acknowledge that I understand the terms of this waiver and that I am signing it voluntarily.
